By using lottoresults.nz you accept these terms. Please read them before you use the site. Their purpose is to make clear what the site is, and what it is not.

About the site
lottoresults.nz is an independent information site about lottery games in New Zealand. The site is represented by the website’s owner.
Our purpose is to provide neutral, fact-based information. We do not sell games, act as an agent for games or take stakes. We are not Lotto NZ, we are not affiliated with it, and we cannot access tickets, MyLotto accounts or prize claims.
Information only, not advice
The content on lottoresults.nz is general and informative in nature. It is not advice, an encouragement to gamble or a recommendation of any particular game or gambling provider.
We do not favour one product over another, and we do not give tips on how you “should” play. Any decision to gamble is always yours, and you make it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
We aim for all information to be correct and current, and we fact-check against reliable sources. Even so, details can become outdated or contain errors, for example when Lotto NZ changes prices, rules or prize structures.
We therefore give no guarantee that the content is always complete, correct or up to date. Winning numbers, prize amounts, odds, rules and claim deadlines should always be checked against Lotto NZ’s official information before you act on them. Only the official result decides whether a ticket has won.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that arises because you relied on information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.
Links to other websites
The site may contain links to external websites, such as Lotto NZ, public authorities and support organisations. We are not responsible for the content of those sites or for how they handle personal information.
A link to an external site does not mean we recommend it. It means the site may be a relevant source of further information.
Age limit and responsible gambling
lottoresults.nz is written for adults aged 18 and over. In New Zealand you must be 18 or over to hold a MyLotto account and to buy Instant Kiwi, and legislation passed by Parliament in 2026 sets 18 as the minimum age for all Lotto NZ products. Lottery games are games of chance and should be seen as entertainment, never as a way to make money.
If you or someone close to you has a problem with gambling, help is available. The Gambling Helpline offers free, confidential support 24 hours a day on 0800 654 655, by free text to 8006, or at gamblinghelpline.co.nz. PGF Services (the Problem Gambling Foundation) offers free counselling on 0800 664 262 and at pgf.nz. You can read more on our responsible gambling page.
Intellectual property
The content on lottoresults.nz, including text and graphics, belongs to the website’s owner unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to link to our pages, but the content may not be copied or republished without permission.
Lotto, Powerball, Strike, Instant Kiwi, Bullseye and MyLotto are names used by Lotto NZ. We mention them only to describe the games, and doing so does not imply any connection with or endorsement by Lotto NZ.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy and our cookie policy.

We may update these terms. The latest version is always published on this page with its date. By continuing to use the site, you accept the terms that apply at the time.
If you have questions about the terms, you are welcome to get in touch through our contact page.
